1. Download iPad-2 6.1.3 ispw restorefile.
2. Use a Jailbroken iPad 2. If it's not jailbroken, upgrade to iOS 9.3.5 and jailbreak it with the Phoenix jailbreak file using Cydia impactor.
3. install openSSH and APT 0.6 Transitional from Cydia
4. Plug the iPad 2 to a Windows PC.
5. Run Beehind as administrator and choose the iPad 2 ispw restore file.
6. Follow the Beehind instructions. If you get a connect error, use the iPad WiFi IP address.
7. Ignore the Windows .Net error when the restore picture appears on the iPad screen. Wait for the restore to complete.
