1. Download iPhone-4S 6.1.3 ispw restorefile.
2. Use a Jailbroken iPhone. If it's not jailbroken, upgrade to iOS 9.3.5 and jailbreak it with the Phoenix jailbreak file using Cydia impactor.
3. install openSSH and APT 0.6 Transitional from Cydia
4. Plug the iPhone to a Windows PC.
5. Run Beehind as administrator and choose the iPhone ispw restore file.
6. Follow the Beehind instructions. If you get a connect error, use the iPhone WiFi IP address.
7. Ignore the Windows .Net error when the restore picture appears on the iPhone screen. Wait for the restore to complete.
